Online Booking: Helpful Hints
Requirements
Internet access, Credit Card (for booking payments). Please note this system is also compatible with mobile devices – phones, tablets and iPad – and various operating systems.
Log-in Access
When you first open the system, you will be prompted for log-in details (Email and Password). For your first visit (or future – in case), please key your email address and click on the ‘Forgot Password’ link. An email will be sent to the email address you registered with WARI, to reset your password, follow the links and instructions to create your new password and you will now have access to the site.
Bookings
WARI online bookings are available for a standard week only – Saturday to Saturday. Please select a Saturday Start Date to Saturday End Date for any availability searches or bookings. Short-term booking availability can be viewed online and requested with WARI via wari@wari.asn.au
For bookings of 2 weeks, please note you will need to book 1 week first, then click the ‘Add to Booking’ button and then book your second week or location.
Booking Confirmation and Payment Receipt will be immediately sent via notification email upon payment. Arrival and Departure Checklists will be issued close to the arrival date, also via email.
Pre-existing bookings will still require return of the completed Booking Contract Form and original payment methods. These bookings, while visible on your account are read-only and cannot be paid using the online system.
