Below are some helpful hints to help you navigate the online booking system.

  • Internet access, an email address for booking notifications and a credit card for booking payments. Please note this system is also compatible with mobile devices, including phones, tablets and iPad.

  • When you click book now to access the system, you will be prompted for log-in details of an email and password.

  • For your first visit, or if you forget your password, please key your email address and click on the ‘Forgot Password’ link. An email will be sent to the email address you registered with WARI, to reset your password, follow the prompts and instructions to create your new password, click on the emailed link, and you will now have access to the site.

  • Please be aware if you change your email address on your profile, to change your address on any future bookings registered in your account to ensure you will receive the arrival and departure automated emails for your booking (see below).

  • WARI online bookings are available for a standard week only – Saturday to Saturday. Please select a Saturday start date to the Saturday end date for any availability searches or bookings. Short-term booking availability can be viewed online and requested with WARI via wari@wari.asn.au

  • For bookings of 2 weeks, please note you will need to add your dates and when proceeding to the registration screen, then on the top left-hand menu column, click ‘Add to Booking’, and then book your second week or location.

  • All bookings must be paid in full at the time of booking by credit card, online via the system. Once you have entered your details for payment, please ensure you click the paid button to complete and secure your booking transaction.

  • Booking confirmation and a payment receipt will be immediately sent via notification email upon payment. An electronic arrival checklist email, including the home Lock-box entry code and caretaker details will be issued automatically via the system 7 days prior to the arrival date. 

  • An electronic departure checklist email will be issued automatically via the system 3 days prior to the departure date. 

  • School holidays and event holiday periods e.g. Easter and Christmas will be closed and show as unavailable until the scheduled and advertised release date. For more information on school holiday bookings, please refer to the school holiday bookings page on our website.

  • During school holidays, a member is allowed to book only one holiday home location for a maximum of one week*, as per the dates directed and advertised. This rule is in place to ensure fair access to all members during peak times.
