Weekly bookings operate from Saturday to Saturday (7 nights) and can be made up to 12 months in advance; aside from school holiday or special event (Easter and Christmas) periods, which are conducted by way of a scheduled release or ballot, as advised.

Weekly bookings can be made via the online booking system. All short-term booking requests can be made via email, phone, or in person and confirmed by WARI staff.
-
During school holidays, a member is allowed to book only one holiday home location for a maximum of one week*, as per the dates directed and advertised. This rule is in place to ensure fair access to all members during peak times.
-
During the peak use period, being 1 October through to 30 April, the maximum occupancy is 2 weeks at any one location. Outside this time, the cap is 3 weeks.
-
To pay and secure your booking, you must first read, accept, and acknowledge the terms and conditions.
-
The Home is considered allocated at the time of the booking (online/verbal/written) and any change request made by the member will be subject to the cancellation policy at the discretion of WARI.
-
If a booking (weekly or short-term) is cancelled, transferred to a different date, or otherwise changed at the request of a member, application of the cancellation policy and fees will apply.
-
WARI reserves the right to change or cancel bookings where repairs and maintenance are required or should other circumstances be made necessary.
-
